7. Restaurant and Pub Restaurant Chains

Entry criteria:
The chain must hav a miminum of five outlets to qualify for this category. Each outlet must offer a minimum three gluten-free and two dairy and/or egg free savoury dishes and three gluten-free and two dairy and/or egg free sweet dishes. If the chain is shortlisted, three of its outlets around the country will be visited, incognito, by FreeFrom Eating Out Awards judges. Entry fees:

8. Hotels, guest houses & B&Bs

B&Bs / guest houses with 4 rooms or less: £55 + VAT
Individual guest houses/hotels with maximum two outlets: £95 + VAT Hotel chains with 3 or more outlets: £195 + VAT 9. Focus on gluten

Entry criteria:
To qualify for this category, all entries must be free of at least one of the main major allergens – wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soya and sulphites.

Companies with 3 or fewer employees: £90 per product + VAT
