CAFES & TEA SHOPS ENTRY FORM

In the first round of the judging process, your establishment will be marked on the answers that you provide on your entry form.

To receive access to an entry form, please email Kathy with:

• The name & address of your establishment
• Your email address and telephone number
• The email address and telephone number of whoever will be dealing with your entry if it is not you.
• Details of who should be invoiced for your entry fee.
  

We will send you a log in code and an invoice.

NB. Entry fees must be paid before any judging of your establishment can take place.

To be eligible to enter you must:
Offer a minimum of one gluten-free and one dairy & egg free savoury dish and one gluten-free and one dairy & egg free sweet dish.

Entry fees:
Individual cafés and teashop: £45 + VAT
Coffee & teashop chains with more than 3 outlets: £125 + VAT

Nota Bene. All entrants will get a full and FREE listing in the new Can I Eat There? directory; outlets shortlisted in the awards will get a FREE premium listing on the site.

You can save the form and return to it if you do not complete at the first try. Please just put NOT COMPLETE in the box at the end – and then, when you have finished and wish to submit it, replace that with FINISHED.
